Stephen Dill – Operations Manager
Stephen has been an active force in Southern Maryland’s moving and transportation industry for over 25 years. He brings his personal touch to us at Quality by insuring the company’s integrity through proper crew training and support. Stephen and his lovely wife, Jennifer, have been deeply involved in their three childrens’ sports and academic successes, as well as local community charities and events.
Carol Norris – Office Manager, Certified Moving Consultant
Carol is the bedrock of Quality! Carol’s career at Quality began in 1980, so you better believe she knows the business! Carol’s industry expertise is rarely matched and she makes sure our customers are provided theQuality service they expect and deserve. Carol lives with her husband and two cats, Siam and Salem. They enjoy travelling the East Coast together, especially to North Carolina to visit family.
Lewis Beckley – Lead Dispatcher, Certified Moving Consultant
Lewis was born in Virginia and raised in St. Mary’s County MD. He has been at Quality since 2006. Lewis is a great asset to Quality because of his industry knowledge and sincere commitment to customer service. When he’s not working, Lewis enjoys BMX biking and white water rafting, participates in community events, and dedicates himself to spending quality time with his family.
Jeff Rockenbaugh, Sales Manager, Certified Moving Consultant
Jeff has lived in Southern Maryland since 1995, when he relocated to attend St. Mary’s College of Maryland. After meeting Elizabeth, who became his wife in 2003, he happily stayed in the area. Together, the Rockenbaughs live in Calvert County where they raise their 6-year-old daughter and infant son, as well as their dog and two cats. Jeff enjoys fishing and kayaking. He has worked in the industry since 2004 and has been a Certified Moving Consultant since 2004.
